Before making any commitments, let's schedule a one-on-one conversation. During this meeting, we'll discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and explore how we can achieve success together.

  • Is there an age limit for your training services?
    Yes, you need to be at least 18 years old.
  • What is the time commitment required for personal training?
    A 4 weeks minimum commitment is needed for my personal training program to help you establish a consistent routine and see meaningful progress. This period allows us to set goals, adjust the program to your needs, and ensure you start experiencing the benefits of your training.
  • What are your expectations of me as a client?
    As a client, I expect your active participation, honesty, and openness. Be willing to implement feedback, stay consistent, and communicate promptly. Your commitment and effort are essential for achieving results.
  • Can you help with specific injuries?
    I would recommend to consult with a physiotherapist regarding any serious & ongoing injuries before signing up but I am happy to work along side you and your physiotherapist.
  • Can you provide a trial session or consultation before committing?
    I'm available for a complimentary chat or in person consultation to ensure I can be of assistance and that we're a good match before we start.
  • What’s your cancellation policy in terms of notice and fees?
    A four-week notice is required to exit the program.
  • Is this training program suitable for all fitness levels?
    Yes! It's suitable for individuals of all fitness levels since we can adjust exercises to both simplify or advance them accordingly.
  • What should I expect during a typical training session?
    A standard training session typically emphasizes strength, enhancing range of motion, mobility, addressing limitations, and building endurance.
  • How do you customize workout programs for different clients?
    Alongside our initial chat, we offer a comprehensive questionnaire designed to identify your strengths, assess your needs, and customize exercises just for you. As we progress we can make adjustments as we go too.
  • How often should I train with each week?
    This is tailored to fit your realistic schedule. I can adjust whether you prefer training 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 times per week.
  • Do you offer group training sessions or only one-on-one?
    I don't provide group training, but I'm open to training two people simultaneously, depending on their abilities and goals.
  • What equipment do I need, and can we train at home?
    Ideally, having access to a well-equipped gym is beneficial, as it enables you to make steady progress. Alternatively, a home gym with a range of equipment can also be effective.
  • How does he Smart Meal Planner work?
    We can tailor your nutrition targets to match your goals, drawing from our extensive meal plan library. We provide a diverse range of options to suit various dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and paleo. Additionally, we accommodate food sensitivities such as dairy, gluten, peanuts, and shellfish.
